Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the returns portal.

Package Securely

Place the items in their original packaging if possible and attach the return label to the outside of the box, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
